SHIPPING & DELIVERY All orders placed with a PO over $500 will require a full payment. At this time, Beez Combat Systems ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and other countries. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We work hard to keep our turn times as low as possible. Most gear will go out between 4-13 business days. On custom work pleases allow an additional 10-18 business days. During high order volume and extreme demand turn times can be longer. We do not provide insurance on shipped products. It is up to the consumer to purchase additional shipping insurance. Once the hand off is made to a shipping provider it is up to the customer to work with the shipping service to find, replace or refund a lost item. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Beez Combat Systems is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. Beez Combat Systems ship USPS first class unless prior arrangements are made on all international shipments. USPS first class mail does not guarantee delivery or provide insurance. It is up to the customer to request a different shipping method if needed.
