The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

Legal Notice

All notices from Beez Combat Systems to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to Beez Combat Systems shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or first class mail to our address at:

Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to Beez Combat Systems five (5) days after the date sent.

It is the SOLE responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all transactions conform to U.S. and Federal, State and Local Statutes, Codes, and Ordinances.

We sell body armor ONLY to Law Enforcement, Military and authorized agencies. We do not have an administrative system to confirm, manage, and save personal armor purchases outside of authorized agencies. Body armor is not listed on the site for this reason. 

Body Armor is a purely defensive item but, regardless, we are very sensitive to the possibility of vests being miss used by criminals(Felons). By buying a vest from us, you certify with proper identification that you are Law Enforcement, Military, Authorized persons, law-abiding adults who have no felony convictions, and are not involved with criminal organizations. Residents of Connecticut are prohibited from buying Body Armor. We will only ship to states where Body Armor is allowed, please know your local and federal laws prior to purchasing. We do not sell to felons or minors, and it is against the law for a felon to possess Body Armor under both federal law (unless required by your employer, see, Sec. 931) and is also illegal under state law in many states. We cooperate with law enforcement to stop the use of vests by criminals. If you have any criminal purpose in mind (or resell your armor to a criminal) you do NOT want to have bought Body Armor from us!

We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone, in our sole discretion. By buying body armor you guarantee that you are not legally prohibited from owning firearms, or body armor, and also that you are not associated with any criminal group, in any way, and have only a lawful purpose for owning body armor.

WARNING: U.S. EXPORT CONTROL LAWS Level III and IV armor (Rifle Plates) fall under the jurisdiction of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and is subject to the export control laws of the U.S. Government. Export or re-transfer of Rifle Plates by any means to any foreign end user, or for any other end use, whether in the U.S. or abroad, without the written approval of the U.S. Department of State, is prohibited. There is often an exemption for a U.S. person taking their personal protection with them in their luggage, and returning the armor to the US. Level III-A, Level II, and Level II-A VESTS often have an export license exemption for many countries, but require a license to some countries from the Bureau of Industry & Security (BIS). Kevlar Helmets in quantity, Ballistic Shields, Riot Shields, Face shields and other sensitive items generally require an export license from the BIS. Residents of Connecticut: Are prohibited from buying Body Armor unless the sale is face to face (or unless the buyer is a police officer, Police Department, or military). We cannot ship to residents of Connecticut who are not police or military.

NO Armor is 100% Bulletproof A 'bulletproof' vest or other armor will protect you from the vast majority of pistol ballistic threats you are ever likely to face. But there is always a trade off between more protection and more wearability (and the constraint to stay within your budget). Please know that: rifle rounds unusual high velocity pistol ammunition pistol ammo fired from a rifle barrel armor piercing ammunition sharp-edged or pointed instruments (e.g., knives, icepicks, etc.), and/or other unusual ammunition or situations... CAN defeat body armor. Also, at some angles projectiles can slide, or deflect off the edges of Armor, or ricochet. Furthermore, projectiles that are successfully stopped by armor will always produce some level of injury, resulting in severe bruising, broken bones, and possibly serious internal injury or even death. Soft body armor defeats most pistol and shotgun projectiles, but NO vest on earth makes you invulnerable to all threats. To state the obvious, getting shot ALWAYS carries some risk. Be aware that your head is much more susceptible to blunt trauma than your body. ANY impact of a bullet on a helmet WILL CAUSE INJURY AND CAN CAUSE DEATH. You put the odds more in your favor with head protection, but, just as with ANY armor, no guarantee of invulnerability can be made.

By buying Armor you assume ALL risks of use or misuse, and agree not to hold us liable in any way. In addition, YOU are responsible to ensure that your ballistic panels meet the desired level of protection/standard, positioned inner side IN, and outer side OUT if applicable (check the inside vest panel label).

We Assume NO Liability. Manufactures Warranty Satisfaction, as applicable, we neither assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us any liability in connection with the sale or use of the goods sold, and there are no oral agreements or warranties collateral to or affecting this agreement. We hereby give notice that any statement made by us in the sale of the goods, shall not create any warranty that the goods shall be fit for any particular purpose. Statements, images or descriptions are informational only, and not made or given as a warranty of the goods in any way. We specifically disavow any other representation, warranty, or liability related to the condition or use of the goods. We do not cover any consequential damages, and our liability is limited to repairing or replacing defective goods. Pursuant to the provisions of the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, this product is sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS". The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is with the buyer. We are not an insurer, and bear no liability for any use, misuse, or failure to perform.

Manufacturer Warranty as applicable, IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY. INCIDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED. Purchaser covenants and agrees that the purchaser or his heirs, agents, assigns shall NEVER bring any action in any court of law. Any dispute arising from the Purchase and Sale of product(s) sold by Beez Combat Systems, shall be resolved by Arbitration under the Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Venue for any arbitration, or any legal dispute, shall lie only in City of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah and in no other Venue or Forum. The Laws of the State of Utah shall apply to all transactions. If any part of these Terms are held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such shall not affect the validity of any other part of these Terms. Headings are for convenience only, and do not limit or affect these Terms.

Attorneys fees and interest at the highest rate allowable will be charged for collection of past due accounts.

Standard Terms: Customer is responsible for all sales or use or import taxes, customs processing fees, etc., etc. Returned Checks Subject to a $30 Fee. Address Corrections due to Customer Error will be charged our cost from shipper of $5 to $10. Any Invoice or Shipment Unpaid 30 days from date of Delivery is Liable for 3% per month Interest Charges payable from date of delivery. Payment terms and agreements can and will be adjusted based upon the current business relationship, economic environment or situation. Any shipment damage or loss in transit must be communicated to us within 2 business days from delivery to claim for damage or loss. Customer must verify all products purchased for quality, specification and standards within 5 days of receiving products.

These terms may be updated without prior notice and at any time.

Terms of Use

This site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Beez Combat Systems and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Beez Combat Systems believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Beez Combat Systems and its subsidiaries.  

Consumer Agreements

Cancellation fees apply if the order has been billed/processed and if the product has already been put into production. Charges apply for time/materials. All orders placed with a PO over $500 will require full payment. If an incorrect shipping information is provided the reshipping fee/charges do apply.

Dealers

PRODUCT FEATURES:

  1.  We reserve the right, without prior notice, to discontinue products or change specifications on products.

  2. We do not control the color variations in the materials that come from the raw good producers or material suppliers. We do attempt to use solution dyed materials when available to maintain color consistency across materials used to produce the products.
  3. Berry compliant materials are used and Made in the USA . A 100% American made manufacture.
  4. We are free to commit slight design changes if need for the manufacturing process. We work every day to enhance our product’s quality, aesthetics, usability and reliability.

 STORAGE

Storage fees may be applied up to of 10% of total invoice price per week if outstanding invoice balance is not paid in full and/or shipping arrangements have not been made within  (7) business days after being informed that the order is ready. The 10% charge will be compounding each week.

PACKAGING

Packaging is not included in the price. The use of double side boxes is required for shipments over 30lbs. If the client requires specific packaging, they will be charged accordingly.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
  1. 50% payment up front for materials/start production. 50% before product ships.
  2. Orders go into production only after our company has confirmed the PO has been received and 50% has been paid
  3. Payments must be made by account transfer or check
  4. The lead time starts the day the orders go into production. Due to giving priority to LE and MIL clients turn times can also be changed.
  5. Once products have entered the production process 100% payment is required to compensate for time and materials. A cancellation of a PO does not justify a no payment condition. All attempts will be made to resolve payment issues.
  6. Product is shipped when remaining 50% has been paid. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders placed with a PO over $500 will require a full payment.

At this time, Beez Combat Systems ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and other countries. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We work hard to keep our turn times as low as possible. Most gear will go out between 4-13 business days. On custom work pleases allow an additional 10-18 business days. During high order volume and extreme demand turn times can be longer.

We do not provide insurance on shipped products. It is up to the consumer to purchase additional shipping insurance. Once the hand off is made to a shipping provider it is up to the customer to work with the shipping service to find, replace or refund a lost item.

International Shipping

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Beez Combat Systems is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Beez Combat Systems ship USPS first class unless prior arrangements are made on all international shipments. USPS first class mail does not guarantee delivery or provide insurance. It is up to the customer to request a different shipping method if needed.

Return Policy

Exchanges and returns are only permitted if there is a manufacturing defect. If there is a manufacture defect we will fix the defect and return the item. If incorrect sizing is selected we are not responsible.  We are an on-demand tactical gear manufacture and do not carry an inventory or have an extensive way to handle returns. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN GEAR WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION or a RMA#. WE WILL NOT BE RESPOSIBLE FOR THE LOSE OR MISPLACEMENT.

We work hard to keep our turn times as low as possible. Most gear will go out between 1-3 weeks. On custom work allow 3-5 weeks. Large orders can take more time and we will try and provide an accurate estimate. During high order volume, turn times can be longer. We are knowledgeable regarding the items we manufacture and sell. It is the purchasers responsibility to verify the products purchased meet their needs, standards and provide the level or protection required with in 5 days of receiving product. A restock fee as high as 75% and a 5% transaction fee will be determined and applied if gear is returned. We are an on-demand manufacture and don't carry and inventory. Only new, unused gear may be returned. If you have questions or need more information please contact us before purchasing.

EXCEPTIONS: 1) We reserve the right to charge a determined restocking fee of to cover costs, such as credit card fees, when an order is cancelled on customer's request. 2) Ceramic Rifle Plates are NOT returnable as they are vulnerable to damage if abused or improperly shipped.3) Soft armor once worn is no longer new and can not be returned.4) Any modification to the product void manufacture warranty and can not be returned. Dimension charts are provided to ensure correct size soft armor panels are ordered. We require two things from you: 1) contact us by phone or email within 15 days of delivery, to tell us what corrective action is needed, and get a Return Authorization emailed to you with shipping instructions. We need to understand how and why the product didn't work for you, and exactly what corrective action is needed, AND 2) We receive the product back in re-salable condition, within 21 days of delivery (pack rigid items with a LOT of cushioning, and ship INSURED). This return policy does NOT apply to discounted quantity orders, or Custom, Special Order, or Made-to-Order items not normally stocked. If any modification are made to the products it voids any warranty or return. If this applies to your order we will always let you know BEFORE you approve your order via email. Of course the applicable Manufacturer Warranty still applies.

Refund: If a refund is issued it can take up to 4weeks. We are set up on a batch system to process at the end of the month.

Miscellaneous

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED:
Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Beez Combat Systems and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Web site is void where prohibited.

GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Beez Combat Systems shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury. Attorneys fees and interest at the highest rate allowable will be charged for collection of past due accounts.

MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Beez Combat Systems with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Beez Combat Systems with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Beez Combat Systems. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

Test and Evaluation - Any gear considered for T/E must be held by a credit card. If the gear is sent out for T/E the recipients must provide a written evolution of the gear and provide pictures and or video.
